Query with several genes and explore concordant aspects

Shortest Path option in Network Browser suggests indirect connections

  1. Type in list of genes;
  2. Choose "Shortest Path" option;
  3. View literature network including "connecting" genes;
  4. Annotate network to find common themes;

Researchers may wish to find connections between genes implicated in an experiment. A list can be submitted to the Network Browser to reveal connections implied by the literature. The Shortest Path option restricts the displayed network, and shows indirect connections as well as direct co-citations between genes in the query set. Annotation and article retrieval adds relevant information. To learn more read our User Guide, visit www.pubgene.com or e-mail our support staff at mail@pubgene.com.
