  1. Enter keyword from sidebar;
  2. Select matching term;
  3. View network of Genes;
  4. Open Network Browser submission menu;
  5. Open Advanced Options;
  6. Select Process annotation;
  7. View annotated network;
  8. Mouse over image to highlight connections and information.

Networks based on biological keywords provide an overview of implicated genes. Keyword gene associations are extracted from the literature and authoritative sources. Genes shown in the network are those ranked as most significantly associated with the keyword. This links to a "live" version of the network based on the keyword "serotonin". Using Show Menu and Advanced options you can alter network complexity (e.g. change Max depth to 1) or annotate genes with additional keywords.
